Women’s soccer team ends with a loss, but a successful season and NWC trophy in hand

As the fall season for sports ends and teams wrap up the past few months, the women’s soccer team reflects back at the unforgettable season it had. At the top of the scoreboard, Puget Sound finished with a score of 13-1-2 in their conference and a score of 17-3-2 for their overall season. Logger swim team performs solidly at meets

The Logger swim team competed in the Husky Invitational Dec. 6, 7 and 8 in Federal Way, Wash. The invitational hosts swimmers from 10 states including DI schools and USS club teams. The team came out strong on the first day of competition, they finished the day with 142.5 points and placed fourth in the collegiate division. Men’s soccer team ends their successful season; Loggers lose in second round of playoffs to Trinity

The Logger men’s soccer team saw a fantastic season come to a close in San Antonio, Texas in a 4-0 loss to the Trinity Tigers. This marked the first time in the second round for the Loggers in over a decade. The opening half of the game seemed promising for the Loggers, holding the Tigers scoreless for the first 44 minutes. Do not be fooled by men’s basketball record; Team starts out 3-4 with three losses within three points

The men’s basketball team is playing well to start out their year. They are currently 3-4 with close losses to good teams.  They have currently been playing in three straight tournaments. The first tournament was home at Puget Sound. The Loggers were really strong in the first two games, first beating Evergreen State handily, 71-58. This win was sparked by strong defense. Remarkable senior class prepares to leave

  As the end of the semester approaches, many sports seasons are coming to a close. This is a bittersweet time for seniors who are playing their last games as Loggers. The fall teams have been having their last home games of the regular season in the last few weeks. These senior games are a chance to celebrate the commitment and success of the seniors. This year’s seniors are an accomplished group. More than 20 seniors were named NWC Scholar-Athletes last spring for maintaining a 3.5 GPA during their season....
