To the Editor:   I was a little disappointed in the article “Another Sexy Year at Puget Sound” that appeared in The Trail and was dated September 27. Although there were many positive things about the article, I think there are at least two flaws. Firstly, although the article did allude to the problem of “date rape,” it could have been firmer is asking for, or at least suggesting, stronger action to prevent rape, perhaps even the criminalization of the activity.
