Masa, located at 2811 Sixth  Ave. offers happy hour all day Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, of which we gladly took advantage. Only two weeks into the school year, my 21st birthday arrived just in time for de-stressing and the chance to experience the happy hour drinks and small plates.
