For the second consecutive year the University is offering the Summer Fellowship Internship, and new this year, students can participate in the Summer Academic Internship. In January, the University of Puget Sound temporarily extended merit-based financial aid to the Pacific Rim Study Abroad Program (PacRim) for 2017-18 . About 100 students attended Matt Remle’s talk about Standing Rock’s opposition to the Dakota Access Pipeline on Nov. 10 and joined in the Medicine Creek Treaty Tribes Stand With Standing Rock’s protest.
